Michele has demonstrated exceptional skills in handling complex and sensitive projects and issues at an executive level. Her approach is strategic and grounded, leveraging an MBA from Ivey Business School and many years of management consulting.
As a fractional COO, her success is marked by her ability to develop processes, people, and systems to support strategic goals and deliver results focusing on effectiveness and efficiency. She works closely with business leaders to build actionable business strategies and plans, cement key partnerships, identify organizational gaps, and implement structures, processes, and technologies. The breadth and depth of her experience positions her uniquely to lead our operations at Cansulta.
