Scope:
Consultant will:
- Conduct/facilitate discovery calls, 1:1 interviews, and coaching sessions.
- Develop customized eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) Culture PulseCheck.
- Review, analyze, and distill intel garnered from discovery, eNPS survey, and interviews.
- Distill and present Culture Intel & insights Report, following eNPS and 1:1 interviews.
- Develop and present Culture Health “Diagnosis & Prescription” incl. recommended steps.
Deliverables:
- eNPS Pulsecheck Survey (tailored to company brand voice, and org priorities).
- Intel & Insights Report (shared as Google Slides plus PDF export)
- Diagnosis & Prescription Report
Assumptions:
Client will:
- Prioritize time for and contribute to a 90-minute discovery call, or (2) 45-minute calls.
- Provide relevant source data, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Enable consultant to conduct 30-minute confidential interviews with 6 select employees.
- Provide timely constructive feedback, input and approval on custom eNPS survey.
- Review & accept Deliverables within 7 days of final submission.
- eNPS will include up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
