Description
Call could be a chance to discuss an issue that you may be unable to address to anyone internally, for listening only or for an opinion, either way that is OK with me. One time, weekly, or monthly, whatever may best assist you.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will review/analyze/consider strategic considerations issuing from Operations divisions or that may have current or potential impact on a Company’s Operations division.
- Consultant will be available for a 1-hour session with the agenda up to the Client.
- Consultant will listen intently to Client, document the conversation, and upon Client request, identify opportunities for deeper understanding and/or remediating measures that may be used to address business concern.
- Includes 1 live meeting/collaborative working session of 60 minutes. More may be negotiated as desired by Client.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Schedule call date/time/medium upon conferral with Client.
- Attend call, listen to Client, document discussion, and offer opinions as desired by Client.
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 1 hour to complete.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will provide a time that is within mutually acceptable working hours if Client and Consultant are in different time zones.
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
