Description
I am currently at point X in my business, but I think I need to be at point Y – Deji can come in, perform a current state assessment, and develop a business advisory document for you which will state various initiatives that the business can take on as projects; the execution of these initiatives will drive the business to achieve its vision.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will develop a business advisory deck between 15 and 20 pages
- Consultant will review the deck with the client
- Consultant will make final corrections and share final version with client
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- A business advisory deck with the following sections:
- Executive summary
- Where we are
- Industry Analysis
- SWOT
- Competitors
- Where we are headed
- Problems and recommendations
TIMING: 2 Weeks
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide information as and when due
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
