SCOPE:
- Consultant will review as-is documentation and engage stakeholders
- Consultant will propose to-be process documents
- Consultant will validate to-be process documents
- Consultant will share final process documents
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Enterprise-wide process list
- Revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) format
- Stakeholder sessions
- Revised business processes
TIMING: Depends on project size
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Number of business processes to review will be agreed during discovery
- Review will be carried out based on existing or impending IT solutions
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- As-is process documents exist in the organisation
- This does not cover implementation of the revised business processes
- Client will provide information as and when due
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope (e.g. business process reviews) or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
