Process optimization service identifies inefficiencies and implements strategies to streamline your operations. We will conduct a thorough analysis of the As-Is processes, perform a Gap Analysis, and recommend actionable To-Be improvements.
Scope:
- Consultant will review/analyze current operational processes and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
- Consultant will develop the As-Is process flow and perform the Gap Analysis.
- Consultant will conduct a Gap Analysis workshop and draft To-Be recommendations based on the agreed changes.
- Consultant will host training sessions on new process implementation.
- Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions and workshops.
Deliverables/Output:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF).
- Process flows on Visio/Lucidchart/Miro
Timing:
This work typically requires 6 weeks to complete for a department or a business cycle such as Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback.
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 5 days of final submission.
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
