Scope:
- Consultant will dissect issues into smaller components while keeping sight of the broader business objectives.
- Consultant will conduct heuristics evaluation and usability testing to discover insights for future product design
- Consultant will provide a final report encompassing persona profiles, behavior insight, product roadmap, and design recommendations.
- Includes 4 – 6 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 60 – 90 minutes
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Proposal: Outlines objectives, scope, and methodology in PDF, detailing efficient idea validation and resource allocation for user-centric solutions.
- Kick-off Presentation: Aligns on project scope, objectives, and plan in PDF, emphasizing efficient idea validation and strategic resource use.
- Interview Guides: Coordinates with the Proof of Concept (POC) and tasks for usability testing.
- Debrief: Summarizes interview findings in PDF, essential for validating ideas and informing user-centric solutions.
- Final Report and Strategy: Offers actionable design recommendations in PDF, prioritizing issues for resource-efficient, user-centric solutions.
- All data collection templates and results are included, underscoring a comprehensive approach to usability testing.
Timing:
This work typically requires 2 – 6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Entails a maximum of two revision cycles, incorporating Client’s input for both the proposal and the final report.
- Client is expected to offer valuable critiques and direction during the review process.
- Client agrees to evaluate and approve deliverables within a five-day period following the final submission.
- Client shall supply necessary source materials and data, including licensed assets, company and brand guidelines, etc.
- Requests exceeding the agreed scope or additional demands will necessitate a distinct Engagement.
