Primary and secondary research for Porter’s 5 Forces/PESTLE analysis to understand the industry landscape along with competitor analysis & depth interviews to formulate the strategy. A detailed Go-To-Market plan to launch your product in the market.
Scope:
- One hour discovery session to understand the business and expectations.
- Consultant will analyze current/existing market data and documents if available.
- Consultant will analyze the industry landscape, market size, and competitor value propositions.
- 3 to 4 half-hour sessions to deep dive into questions to best align the recommendations with business goals.
- Consultant will build the Go-To-Market strategy along with short-term and long-term recommendations.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Detailed Go-To-Market plan in presentation and PDF format along with source data.
Timing:
- Project is expected to take 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client will provide a point of contact with project knowledge to answer questions.
- Client will provide necessary information & data, timelines, budgetary constraints, team capabilities, etc.
- Paid reports/additional tools may be required to enhance the report accuracy and quality. These will be approved by the client before purchase and billed separately.
- Includes one round of revision based on Client feedback.
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within seven days of final submission.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
