- Ongoing Coaching/Support: Over the next two months, you will benefit from 5 online coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. These sessions will be strategically scheduled to ensure continuous progress and address emerging needs.
- Documentation and Action Plans: Following each session, you will receive a detailed transcript along with actionable recommendations. Additionally, I will assist you in developing 1 to 2 customized documents based on your needs, which may include:
- A SMART objectives list and dashboard for weekly monitoring.
- A comprehensive product and services description, including cost and margin calculations.
- A business audit outlining areas for improvement with actionable steps.
- A high-level business plan document.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Session Transcripts: Detailed transcripts of each call, documenting key insights, actions, and recommendations.
- Action Plan Document: A consolidated Excel document that captures all actions and recommendations for easy reference and team sharing.
