SCOPE, DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Understand future state (ask)
- Under company’s core values that drive the decision making
- Review of organizational structure
- Understanding current state of existing processes
- Analyze current state in conjunction with core value, future state
- List, discuss and formalize gap analysis of current processes
- Facilitate business future state process mapping sessions and map future business processes
- Assist client to pilot a reengineered process (additional scope not covered)
- Discuss scalability of pilot re-engineered processes (additional scope not covered)
KEY ASSUMPTIONS:
- To be agreed mutually with client
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
