SCOPE:
- Consultant will review and analyze current policies and programs.
- Consultant will host bi-weekly collaborative work sessions (30 minutes).
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Business Impact Playbook presentation.
- Take away PDF Playbook to reference as the client completes the B Corp Certification on their own terms.
TIMING: This work typically requires 4-6 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance during work sessions.
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & employee handbook, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
