A business plan is a framework that helps with critical next steps for your business. It is only good if you execute otherwise, it is just a bunch of words broken down in sections on paper. Your business plan should be a concise, easy to read and understand living document that can change across many areas at any given time: strategic goals as you identify new business needs, metrics, customers, target market, competitive landscape, you come up with new ideas to scale, pivot, business model changes to scale, hiring, etc.
I will review your business plan and provide notes on areas for focus and improvement.

DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS: Delivery in preferred formats (PPT, DOC, XLS, PDF)
TIMING: Typically, 5 to 7 days. Client and Consultant will determine an agreed upon delivery time after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
• Client will provide relevant company source materials and data
• Client will review and accept Deliverable within 3 days of final submission
• Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Client Service
