Description
SCOPE:
- Consultant will provide expert review and / or advice related to any one or more of the following Business Capture functional disciplines:
- Strategic Planning
- Mission, Vision, Goals, Objectives
- Transformation Strategy and Roadmap
- Process Design and Evaluation
- Results Chain Development
- Results Chain Workshops
- Process and Systems Audit
- Process and Systems Alignment to Goals
- Benefits Realization Planning and Management
- Performance Gap Analysis
- Mission-based Risk Assessment
- Mission Effectiveness Analysis
- Analysis of Alternatives
- IT and Process Portfolio Value Assessment / Analysis
- IT and Process Portfolio Value Workshops
- Change Initiative Return on Investment
- Business Case Planning and Analysis
- Consultations will be conducted remotely using suitable video conference meeting, phone conference meeting, and electronic file exchange.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Outputs and Deliverable to be determined based on the type and scope of ordered consulting services
- At a minimum, Deliverables will be in electronic format: pdf or the application file format in which they were created and agreed to at the time of order
TIMING:
- As agreed with Client at the time of ordering, and as may be extended or amended as agreed by Client and Consultant from time to time
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will be able to identify potential Customer organization for the purpose of conducting related analysis
- Client will be able to identify potential Competitor organization for the purpose of conducting related analysis
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
