Description
SCOPE:
- Consultant will develop a detailed work plan in alignment with the agreed scope and objectives, timeline, priorities, budget and resources
- Consultant will provide customized templates to gather and analyze specific data as required
- Consultant will review available strategy and planning documents, business and financial data (covering org. design, operational landscape, technology environment, customer and user experience, process maps, reports, contractual agreements), and any others identified and provided during the Engagement
- Consultant will conduct interviews and surveys to understand the key challenges, gaps and priorities of the business – across people, process, and technology
- Consultant will evaluate current market and technology trends to determine the overall impact on the business
- Consultant will provide an initial list of recommendations to be reviewed and prioritized with Client
- Consultant will provide an initial list and profile of recommended vendors and service providers to support the transformation
- Consultant will provide a visualized roadmap to execute the strategy, with appropriate themes, trigger events and key milestones, etc.
- Consultant will define the targets and requirements for high-priority initiatives, and provide high-level action plans to roll-out and manage them
- Consultant will incorporate all Client feedback in the final strategy roadmap document
- Includes weekly/bi-weekly/monthly status update meetings and reports
- Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions (to be confirmed at kick-off)
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Kick-off presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), including alignment on background & scope, key objectives and business priorities, high-level work plan and ways-of-working, preliminary data requirements & templates overview, project governance and reporting framework, project team roles and responsibilities, risks and assumptions)
- Observation & Findings Report (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), describing the key challenges and gaps of the business across 3 main pillars – People, Process, and Technology
- Market Impact & Opportunity Analysis Report (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), providing insights on key market and technology trends and the overall impact on the business, as well as the identification and evaluation of initial recommendations
- Draft Business Strategy (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), a final draft strategy document that presents the key findings and recommendations and includes a roadmap that visualizes the plan to execute the strategy
- Final Strategy (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), signed-off executive strategy document with all feedback and requirements incorporated
- Program/Project Status Updates (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF), to review and align on overall progress and report on key issues, risks, actions and dependencies
- All completed data collection templates and results
TIMING: This work can take up to 3 months to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes unlimited rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 10 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Client will appoint a single-point-of-contact for the Engagement
- Client team member(s) will be available to participate in live meetings/collaborative working sessions, as required
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
