We’ve seen the results of implementations and organizational transformations gone wrong. Unfortunately it’s become more of the rule, than the exception and it’s costing you plenty. I’ve got a method to address this and get adoption of the change back on track.
SCOPE:
Discovery:
- I will lead a discovery session(s) with you and/or your team (and interviews if necessary) to gain an understanding of your current state, the stakeholders and end users, the impacts of the change, what was done from a change management perspective (and most importantly not done), as well as what the data is showing.
- Diagnose and Develop: I will then provide you with recommendations and an actionable change strategy to address adoption issues, which you can then leverage for relaunch/reboot activities to ensure you get the adoption you’re looking for to realize the business value of the change/transformation.
DELIVERABLES:
- Recommendations in the form of an actionable strategy to get your organization back on track and increase adoption. (in word of ppt format)
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 1-2 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will have authority/agreement to have the right stakeholders participate in consultations
- Client will review & accept deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
