A Strategic Roadmap is your organization’s story of how you’ll achieve your vision. Working on your Strategic Roadmap strengthens effectiveness, provides a solid framework for evaluation, and helps demonstrate results. It can aid in aligning your stakeholders to your objectives and help them understand their role in achieving them.

Scope:

  • Strategic Roadmap: A Strategic Roadmap outlines the steps by which you will achieve your objectives.
  • Logic Model: We’ll illustrate your Strategic Roadmap with a logic model to show stakeholders the intended relationship between investments and results.
  • Evaluation Plan: A logic model grounded in your Strategic Roadmap provides context for an Evaluation Plan that can help guide and focus your evaluation process, ensuring that your evaluation yields relevant, useful information.
  • Includes 8–12 meetings and working sessions, totaling 16 hours.

Deliverables/outputs:

  • Strategic Roadmap

Timing:

  • This work typically requires 8–12 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review and accept deliverables within 15 days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
