Working on your Strategic Roadmap strengthens effectiveness, provides a solid framework for evaluation, and helps demonstrate results. It can aid in aligning your stakeholders to your objectives and help them understand their role in achieving them.
Scope:
- Strategic Roadmap: A Strategic Roadmap outlines the steps by which you will achieve your objectives.
- Logic Model: We’ll illustrate your Strategic Roadmap with a logic model to show stakeholders the intended relationship between investments and results.
- Evaluation Plan: A logic model grounded in your Strategic Roadmap provides context for an Evaluation Plan that can help guide and focus your evaluation process, ensuring that your evaluation yields relevant, useful information.
- Includes 8–12 meetings and working sessions, totaling 16 hours.

Timing:
- This work typically requires 8–12 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review and accept deliverables within 15 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
