Description

We will prepare your organization for change by identifying and addressing the internal processes, policies, and procedures required to support it. This begins with assessing organizational readiness, potentially including process mapping, gap analysis, and skills assessment. Insights from this assessment will guide capacity-building and resource development efforts, ensuring you can seamlessly restructure and scale efficiently.

Scope:

  • Organizational Readiness: Through a mixture of document review, surveys, and focus groups, we will identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement, which will inform your new organizational structure. These insights, combined with the development of essential tools and technologies, will ensure that you can seamlessly restructure and scale efficiently.
  • Organizational Transformation: We will design a scalable and transparent new structure that meets the needs of the organization. A brief overview will highlight major changes, reporting lines, and needed hires as the organization grows.
    • Policy Design (Optional): We will design and document key policies that ensure consistency and accountability while providing a practical foundation for sustainable growth and scalability. These may include written guidelines and curated tools that streamline budgeting, sales, or service delivery workflows.
    • Tools & Templates (Optional): We will develop key tools and standardized templates that streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and support organizational growth. These could include templates for project management, client proposals, contracts, and other critical documents. Alternatively, we could identify and assess appropriate technologies, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, to streamline internal processes and enhance customer engagement.
    • Job Descriptions (Optional): Work collaboratively with your team to develop job descriptions that clearly convey the organization’s strategic goals and how each role fulfills key gaps. Our goal is to build job descriptions that attract diverse, top-tier talent while thoughtfully articulating reasons to work with you, including your organization’s unique culture.
    • Salary Grid (Optional): Our approach to salary grid development is rooted in equity, transparency, and vetted data. We will ensure that your organization develops a grid that is competitive for the sector while aligning with your budget and meeting the needs of potential hires.
    • Employee Development Plan (Optional): Create a staff training and development plan with operational milestones and recommendations for setup and scale, to increase organizational capacity, maximize revenue, and delight clients.
  • Implementation Plan: An Implementation Plan will outline milestones and accountabilities. It will also incorporate change management and staff engagement strategies to ensure a smooth transition.

Deliverables/outputs:

  • Recordings and copies of all qualitative and quantitative data
  • Restructuring Summary
  • Implementation Plan

Timing:

  • This work typically requires 13 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review and accept Deliverables within 15 days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
