Description
A culture framework ensures that organizational vision, values, beliefs, behaviors are all in sync and the performance management philosophy and process supports the continued alignment and measurement. It provides clarity around the purpose of existence of the organization, where it is headed, what values it signifies and what behaviors and actions it expects from its people and leaders to accomplish the desired goals. It also lays down the process of cascading the organizational focuses and value system through a robust performance management framework, purpose and employee well being that helps every employee to stay connected with the bigger picture with clear performance expectations, timely & transparent communication, valued contribution, respect, recognition @ overall wellness with frequent objective feedback for sustained self improvement, skill building & growth.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will consider the business strategy and existing information around company vision/mission, values, performance management policy and process, rewards philosophy, L&D philosophy, employee engagement scorecard to analyze and identify the cultural elements that require attention
- Consultant will facilitate cultural diagnostics focus groups with business and HR stakeholders to map out to further understand and deep dive around the areas that came out in the analysis – what is the awareness and adoption around the organizational vision and values, what do employees feel is working/not working, is the culture seen as being performance led, what are the avenues for course correction
- Consultant will explore and suggest solutions that can help bring about the required changes and results
- Once decisions are made, consultant will work with stakeholders to create a roadmap of what needs to be done. We can continue to measure success and evolve as the actions progress
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Diagnostic focus groups for clear understanding of the problem areas
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF) for decision making
- Execution/Roadmap presentation also capturing signs of success (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 2-4 weeks to complete for smaller enterprises and 4-8 weeks for medium to large enterprises. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will provide the necessary information for understanding the business needs and current cultural elements
- Client will identify the correct business and HR stakeholders for the diagnostic focus groups
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance throughout the journey
- Client business process owner and key stakeholders will be available within the agreed timeframe
- Client will review & accept deliverables within 7 business days of final submission
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
