Description
SCOPE:
- Consultant will interview stakeholders to determine the problem to be solved
- Consultant will create will create draft Dashboards and propose different solutions to the problem
- Consultant will work with client team to source the necessary data for Analysis and validate the Data for Quality and relevance to the problem
- Consultant will build the dashboard and will provide analysis
- As per client feedback revisions will be made
- Consultant will assist the client with regular updating of the Dashboard by working with the client IT department.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Initial Consultation Meeting
- Dashboard Drafts
- Dashboard Final
- Training in Updating Dashboard
TIMING: his work typically requires three-four weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 7 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
