Description
Scope:
- The coach meets with you as frequently as you decide.
- The coach provides a confidential partnership with you.
- The coach helps you rethink challenges that you face, talking through your options to resolve them.
- Discussions are normally 60 minutes in length and typically occur once or twice per month.
Deliverables/Output:
- You are likely to see an increase in self-awareness, helping you understand how stimuli influence you while gaining a better sense of how you impact others.
- You are also likely to develop an improved leadership skill set or toolbox to help you intentionally resolve challenges more effectively in real time.
Timing:
- To experience a shift in behavior and results, six months is a standard timeframe for a coaching relationship when meeting once or twice per month. That timeframe can be reduced or extended at the client’s request at any time.
Assumptions:
- The chief assumption is that the coachee is committed to the coaching process and ready to participate.
- The coachee is in complete control of the relationship, including meeting frequency, discussion content, and whether the relationship continues.
- The relationship is a confidential, even partnership between two people.
- The coach presents themselves as professional, unbiased, and fully engaged in assisting the coachee in achieving better results.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
