Description
Each statement, for example, in the test reads on a scale from 0 to 5, zero being “this is nothing like our company”, and five being “this is 100% our company”. You will assess the relevance of each statement for your organization (3 pillars, 15 statements). The sum of all numbers will determine your score for each capability:
1) Anticipate change
2) Design change
3) Implement change

TIMING: This work typically requires 1-2 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between the Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client commits to teams being timely, engaged & transparent
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
