Prior to devoting her work full-time to Kari Zee Coaching, Kari worked in the electric utility industry, designing reliable systems to energize people’s lives. From engineering to business process improvement to leadership, she prides herself on her ability to initiate high-impact change by uncovering the root problem and achieve results by maximizing talent and resources to create and implement custom, streamlined solutions.
Her expertise is in standing up high-performing teams and high-performing systems. From creating new business units to transforming existing business units, Kari has managed programs up to $250M by creating or improving processes, establishing departmental frameworks, and documenting clear expectations, goals, and metrics.
With a lifelong passion for disrupting the status quo, Kari understands the challenges leaders face working inside of an existing corporate system. Her technical education and practical experience make Kari uniquely qualified to help leaders by gaining a thorough understanding of their current state, determining the future state, and working with leaders to create a strategic plan to bridge the gaps.
