Description
Scope:
- Consultant will consider the company’s values and focus on customer needs
- Consultant will manage and facilitate brainstorming and focus groups
- Consultant will interview stakeholders 1:1
- Consultant will define a positioning exercise
- Consultant will define a strategy plan
- Consultant will define a clear activities/KPI’s
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Positioning Card and a way to keep it updated on market
- Tangible Strategy definition and go-to-market plan
- Clear and defined KPIs including how to measure suggestions
- Supportive feedback during one or more run-through and feedback sessions
- Go-To-Market Strategy presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
Timing:
- This work typically requires 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client agrees that Consultant complete work on agreed-upon hours
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Client agrees that any market analysis is a separate project
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
