Description
Scope:
- Consultant will consider the company’s values and focus on customer needs
- Consultant will interview stakeholders 1:1
- Consultant will define a Customer Growth Journey plan
- Consultant will define a clear activities/KPI’s to Inside/Field Sales
- Consultant will define a new Customer Spending Potential approach
- Consultant will suggest a new Customer Sales Segmentation
Deliverables/Outputs:
- New sales methodology approach based on data science
- Tangible Customer Segmentation, defining matrix based on spending potential
- Clear and written sales activities, including KPIs and sales touches hypothesis
- Supportive feedback during one or more run-through and feedback sessions
- Go-To-Market strategy presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
Timing:
- This work typically requires 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Client agrees that Consultant complete work on agreed-upon hours
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 business days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Client agrees that a full Data Science analysis model is a separate project, a realistic hypothesis will be provided
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
