HOW IT WORKS
Session 1: Pre-start (3 hrs)
The good news is that even if they haven’t officially started, they can lay the groundwork for a smooth start. Our work in this session will help them to develop their 100-day plan.

- Developing a learning plan.
- Developing a self-care plan.

Session 2: Week One (45 mins)
As they finish their first week, what have they learned? How might this impact their 100-day plan?

- How do they develop a working agreement with their boss?
- How do they identify and assess early wins?
- How do they identify hidden stakeholders?
- When should they start to contribute?
Session 3: Month One (45 mins)
With the insight of one month under their belt, how does their plan need to be adjusted to accelerate their performance? How will they gain early feedback from their stakeholders? What is their plan for the next 30 days?
