Description
SCOPE:
- Work with management to create/refine presentation and narrative in order to best engage investors and/or prospective clients
- Work with management to build, review, and revise the financial model including market research
- Propose capital structure, including valuation and, if needed, convertible note calculators
- Pull investor lead lists and generate the initial email copy

- Pitch Deck (PowerPoint)
- Financial Model (Excel)
- Valuation Analysis (PDF)
- Investor Lead Lists & Generate Email Copy (Excel and Word)
TIMING:
- 6-8 Weeks
- Up to 100 Hrs of work; Additional time to be billed at posted rates
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
