Description
Are your managers in need of HR training? Are there employees that need guidance in developing in their current role? Does your management team need to become better people managers? I will work with you to build the best HR training and development program so that they can be taught how to serve better as people leaders. I can also review your current performance management system and provide strong recommendations to get the most out of it.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will review/analyze/consider your current HR training plans and performance management systems
- Consultant will develop/write/recommend/prepare/provide training tools and resources to help guide and improve the overall process.
- Consultant will host/train/execute key Human Resources Training seminars for Managers.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Recommended HR training and development plans
- Training deck (PowerPoint and PDF)
TIMING:
- 4-6 weeks
ASSUMPTIONS
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 3 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
