Description
Develop Job Descriptions for # of job positions. Each job description will include job title, job summary, major responsibilities, job requirements, required competencies and other essential elements.
SCOPE:
- The consultant will obtain confirmation on a list of agreed positions for development of Job Descriptions.
- The consultant will meet and discuss with key executives to clearly define duties and responsibilities for the selected # of positions and ensure alignment of the duties and responsibilities with the overall organizational objectives.
- The consultant will prepare job descriptions and obtain feedback on the job description statements.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Number of developed Job Descriptions.
TIMING:
- It depends on the number of Job descriptions that need to be developed. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to 2-3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 14 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
