Description
Why having a performance framework? It would provide your organization with structured processes for managing and improving performance at an individual, team and organization level. It encompasses both formal and informal components and is a systematic approach which involves setting performance goals, measuring progress against those goals, and providing feedback and support to your employees to assist them in improving performance.
SCOPE:
- The consultant will define various stages of the performance management process with identified ownership and timelines, such as:
- Performance Planning
- Interim Review and Feedback
- Final Evaluation and Feedback
- The consultant will collect the client’s requirements for the framework
- The consultant will articulate and finalize the framework after incorporating the client’s requirements.
- The consultant will obtain feedback on the framework.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Performance management framework with supporting templates and detailed processes with responsibilities and timelines
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 8-10 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant..
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to 2-3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 10 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
