SCOPE:
- Review and assessment of existing internal practices
- Goal Setting and Strategy Development
- Support or lead the development of an HR Operating Plan
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- HR Plan Document – Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
- HR Operating Plan – Policies and Procedures in MS Word format and PDF
TIMING:
- 3-4 weeks
ASSUMPTIONS
Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
