Description
As part of my Human Resources practice, I provide HR/Employee Relations consulting services and interim HR services, including talent management, resourcing and retention programs, policies, and strategies; departure processes and policies; communication policies; compensation and benefits; and employee orientation and training. I also conduct HR audits/gap analysis and culture assessments in various industries.
I also offer strategic HR services on people matters and leadership development strategies, succession planning, and talent development to ensure successful business results and alignment with business strategy—all from an inclusive lens.
Scope:
Project Overview & Task List: Develop an Inclusive Recruitment and Talent Management Strategy
- Develop the Project Charter—outlining the scope and mutually agreeable timelines for deliverables. This includes scope and project update meetings with project leads on an ongoing basis to complete the project.
- Review the current recruitment and talent management strategy programs and processes (including new hires, rehiring, and promotions). Update the programs and processes to ensure inclusivity.
- Develop required policies, programs, inclusive hiring guides, and role descriptions. The Consultant will share knowledge and insights into best practices. Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions of up to 10 hours.
- Develop a clear plan for regular training, orientation, and onboarding for employees/contractors.
- Ensure all managers/leaders are clear about their roles and responsibilities and are trained to support all staff/contractors reporting to them.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Recommendations will be presented in a summary report in PDF format, along with a PowerPoint presentation (up to 20 pages).
- Policies, procedures, and related templates will be provided as an addendum to the summary report (in PDF).
Timing:
- This work typically requires 4 to 8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to one round of revisions based on Client feedback (interim check-ins and updates will be provided throughout this iterative project).
- The client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- The client will review and accept deliverables within 10 days of final submission.
- The client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, and guidelines.
- The client will provide the required access to meet with employees and leaders as needed, ensure confidentiality to review sensitive information, and conduct interviews.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
