Description
As part of my Human Resources practice, I offer HR/Employee Relations consulting services and interim HR services, including talent management, resourcing and retention programs, policies, and strategies; departure processes and policies; communication policies; compensation and benefits; and employee orientation and training. I also conduct HR audits/gap analysis and culture assessments in various industries.
I also provide strategic HR services on people matters and leadership development strategies, succession planning, and talent development to ensure successful business results and alignment with business strategy—all from an inclusive lens.
Scope:
Provide HR/Employee Relations consulting services and interim HR services as detailed below:
Deliverables/Outputs:
General Human Resources Programs and Services:
- Providing operational HR services.
- Assisting in the development of HR strategies.
- Assisting in the development of integrated business and HR plans.
- Developing resourcing strategies linked to HR plans, strategy, and tools.
- Developing and advising on policies, programs, procedures, and guidelines.
Talent Management Strategies and Succession Planning:
- Developing talent management and succession readiness strategies and programs.
- Creating people-focused initiatives centered on cultural and talent alignment, career development, and leadership development programs.
- Developing retention policies and programs.
Employee Experience and Engagement Programs:
- Enhancing the employee experience from the hiring process through onboarding, learning, development, and productivity stages. Positive experiences build engagement and provide a foundation for ongoing enhancement throughout employment. Tools include onboarding surveys and programs, and candidate experience questionnaires and surveys.
Leadership Experience Programs:
- Addressing leadership needs in the evolving work environment, including virtual work implications. Focus on leadership reskilling and succession planning.
Performance Management:
- Developing performance management programs designed to encourage talent and leadership development, and creating or enhancing productivity and performance measures for employees and leaders within teams and the organization.
Group and Team Facilitation:
- Moderating focus groups/discussions and team meetings.
- Consulting on group processes.
Governance:
- HR is essential to corporate governance. Regulatory compliance and legislative matters are a reality for companies of all sizes. Services include:
- Developing and monitoring public policies, programs, standards, and procedures.
- Identifying policy needs and concerns.
Timing:
- Ad hoc and ongoing services as required.
Assumptions:
- The Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews.
- The Client will provide relevant source materials and data, including licensed company and brand assets and guidelines.
- The Client will provide the required access to meet with employees and leaders as needed, ensure confidentiality to review sensitive information, and conduct interviews.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
