Scope:

Project Overview & Task List: Implement an HR Function – Standardizing People, Policies, and Processes

  • Develop the Project Charter—outlining the scope and mutually agreeable timelines for deliverables. Includes scope and project update meetings with project leads on an ongoing basis to complete the project.
  • Design a baseline evaluation to gather relevant information specific to existing procedures, policies, and related activities. Identify gaps to ensure compliance and highlight areas of risk. The Consultant will share knowledge and insights into best practices in HR. Includes live meetings/collaborative working sessions of up to 10 hours.
  • Develop policies and procedures and a baseline HR function to meet legislative requirements, following an employee’s journey through the organization.
  • Provide recommendations to move towards an adaptive HR function, policies, and programs as the company grows, potentially hires additional employees, and implements new employee programs.
  • The consultant will host a final overview meeting to present final recommendations and deliverables.

Deliverables/Outputs:

  • Recommendations will be presented in a summary report in PDF format, along with a PowerPoint presentation (up to 20 pages).
  • Policies and procedures, and related templates, will be provided as an addendum to the summary report (in PDF).

  • This work typically requires 4 to 8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.
