SCOPE:
- As an expert in Quality and Operational Excellence, the Consultant will prepare and recommend a customized PowerPoint presentation related to Quality Management, Operational Excellence or any related field, according to Client’s specific requirements.
- Consultant will present it to Client for their own use.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Customized PowerPoint presentation related to Client’s business scope
TIMING: 1 to 3 days, time varies according to scope and requirements
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Client provides the needed resources and time to complete the task in the agreed timeframe and according to requirements.
- Client will review & accept deliverables per phase (according to agreed plan) within 1 week of submission before moving to the next phase of the project.
- Client will provide relevant and timely source materials, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc..
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
