  • The consultant will develop a comprehensive talent strategy, write detailed recommendations, and prepare a tailored plan to enhance your talent management. This includes providing a roadmap for implementing suggested changes.

Deliverables:

Development of a Recruitment Plan:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: A comprehensive strategy tailored to your organization’s needs, focusing on attracting top talent through employer branding and competitive compensation packages.
  • Job Descriptions and Candidate Profiles: Detailed job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles for key roles, ensuring clarity and consistency in the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Framework: A step-by-step framework for the recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to selection and onboarding, designed to streamline hiring and improve candidate experience.

Development of a Learning and Development Plan:

  • Training Needs Assessment: A thorough analysis of current skill gaps and future competency requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and recommendations on training programs.

Creation of a Retention and Succession Plan:

  • Retention Strategies: Innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, addressing key factors such as career development, work-life balance, and recognition.

Timing:

  • This work typically requires 6-8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.

Assumptions:

  • Revisions: Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback.
  • Client Feedback: The Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance during the review process.
  • Acceptance of Deliverables: The Client will review and accept Deliverables within 14 days of final submission.
  • Source Materials: The Client will provide relevant source materials and data, including licensed company and brand assets and guidelines.
  • Out-of-Scope Requests: Any out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement.
