Description
Identifying your organization’s learning needs is an essential component of any learning program. This includes clearly identifying the learners and their skills and knowledge gaps. By developing a customized assessment tool (which can also be a great bench-marker after learning interventions have been launched), I can attain valuable information for you to ensure that your learning intervention is focused on the gaps that need to be addressed. If additional information is required, I may also conduct interviews with archetypal learners (personas), and other stakeholders.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will develop customized assessment tool for client
- Consultant will administer assessment tool to learners
- Consultant will conduct formal interviews where required
- Consultant will analyze results of data retrieved
- Consultant will provide recommendations for areas for skill and knowledge development
- Includes 3-8 live meetings of 1-3 hours
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF,15-30 slides)
- Report in MS Word format (10-30 pages) with source data from MS Excel worksheet
TIMING: This work typically required 8-16 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 7 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
Price: $150 US/hr
