- Identify business objectives that support your long term strategy and challenges realized in your business.
- Present 6 to 12 potential KPIs to track progress on business objectives and also address challenges in your business.
- Determine availability and effort necessary to implement ideal KPIs and identify proxies if necessary
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Design KPI reporting process
- Guidance on how to use KPIs to realize business goals
TIMING: To be determined at the consultation stage.
