Description
SCOPE:
- Kick-off: Consultant will meet with Client for 1 hour to discuss business/marketing objectives, any thoughts/concerns
- Platform Consideration: Client will share any platform(s) of interest
- Data Consideration: Client will share any data touch-points of interest
- Mid-point Check-ins: Consultant will provide one 45-minute midpoint check-in to discuss latest media & measurement plan
- Final Presentation: Consultant and Client will discuss final marketing media and marketing measurement plan, along with consultant’s implementation recommendations
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- 1 Marketing Media Plan
- 1 Marketing Measurement Plan
- 1 PDF outlining high-level overview
TIMING: The entire process takes 2-3 weeks from the initial meeting to the follow-up meeting and report. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to 1 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
