Leverage a comprehensive review of operations, cost structure and product and or service pricing to provide opportunities to improve profit levels
SCOPE:
- Review operations and cost structure and Identify opportunities to reduce costs and realize operational efficiencies.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress on cost reduction efforts and operational changes.
- Review product and/or service pricing strategy
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Detailed list of opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Draft reporting structures for KPIs needed to monitor cost savings and operational changes
- Provide details on potential pricing changes
TIMING: To be determined at the consultation stage.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
RATE: $150/HR
