SCOPE:
- Consultant will meet with the client to understand the business needs and support finding top talent.
- Consultant will manage the full recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Cycle includes:
Client Consultation:
- Initial meeting with the client to understand their business needs, culture, and specific requirements for the role.
- Gathering information about the organization’s goals, values, and expectations to ensure alignment with the recruitment process.
Job Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborating with the client to define the job roles, responsibilities, and desired qualifications.
- Conducting a thorough analysis of the position to develop a comprehensive job description..
Market Research and Strategy:
- Researching the industry and market to identify potential candidate pools and recruitment channels.
- Developing a recruitment strategy tailored to the client’s needs, including sourcing methods, and advertising channels.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Screening and assessing candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and fit for the role and organization.
Interviewing and Evaluation:
- Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates to further assess their suitability for the position.
- Evaluating candidates based on interview performance and client feedback.
Client Presentation and Selection:
- Presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates to the client for review and consideration.
- Facilitating interviews and discussions between the client and candidates.
- Assisting the client in making a final selection and extending job offers to the chosen candidate.
Offer Negotiation:
- Assisting with negotiation of terms and conditions between the client and selected candidate.
- Providing feedback to candidates who were not selected, offering constructive insights for their future job search.
Follow-up and Feedback:
- Providing feedback to candidates who were not selected, offering constructive insights for their future job search.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Report in MS Word and PDF format.
TIMING:
- This work typically requires 6 – 8 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within 30 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
