Description
Working with your designated leaders and business experts, we’ll discuss and map out the company’s current thinking about products, markets, and processes. Through this discussion and Q&A, our goal is to break through the traditional mindset to discover new sources of revenue for the company, often based on low-cost adaptations.
SCOPE:
- Cansultant will:
- Discuss and clarify the areas of specific focus and the goals which guide the planning session(s)
- Develop and create the video workshop format that best meets the needs of the group or team
- Host the meeting(s), summarize the findings, list the action items, and codify the recommendations for move ahead
- Includes 3 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 2 hours each, plus additional team analysis “homework” review, performed as directed
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Summary Report in MS Word format with source data from MS Excel worksheet which includes:
- Summary of meeting activity
- Listing of final results, decisions, and action steps
- Documented execution methodology with assigned responsibilities
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF slides) to team
TIMING:
This work typically requires 3 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 10 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
