Description
In this service you’ll be provided an insight into your organization with a bird’s eye view of the industry and the path in which you need to take to avoid the traps the same style businesses made in the past. This will also provide your business a well thought provoked facts based report on strategy and potential for your venture and how it can be developed into something successful.
SCOPE:
- Consultant will review your business and provide you with a new venture assessment report.
- Consultant will analyze the business in-depth and provide the company with a potential strategy report.
- Consultant will train the business from his recommendation of the potential strategy report.
- Includes 2 live meetings/collaborative working sessions of 2 hours. One session to train and one to present all my findings to the client.
- Consultant will also write up two reports and present it to the client along with a minimum 20 slide deck presentation.
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Final Presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF, Min 20 slides)
- Report in MS Word format (Min 10 pages) (2 Reports)
TIMING: This work typically requires 2 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 5 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
