Develop an intimate understanding of your organization. The Organizational Identity Index (OII)—formerly the Business Identity Index (BII)—gives you quick, relevant insights specific to your organization.  

Perspectives, Not Personalities

The OII is a typology tool that uses 16 Organization Types to identify core qualities that influence decision-making, compare the perspectives of multiple leaders, and eliminate misalignment.

Different personalities, with varying strengths, are good for an organization. Different perspectives on the organization’s core identity — why it exists and what it should do — can be challenges that keep it from succeeding. ​The OII exposes these perspectives in a clear and concise framework.

How It Works

You’ll identify the members of your leadership team to be included. Each member will complete the short, 12-question survey at their convenience.

The survey will unlock important insights about your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, reveal misalignments in your operations, behaviors, and culture, and outline changes needed to make you even more successful.

Once all the members of your leadership team have completed the survey, your Certified Journey Consultant will compile the results and lead a 1-hour workshop with you and your team to review the results and discuss gaps in alignment and strategies to move forward.
