As your partner, I will work with you to customize the training to meet your organization’s specific needs. My services are unique because they focus on using the brain science of how people learn and remember to make your staff’s presentations much better.
SCOPE:
- The Consultant will provide customized training in the format that works best for your organization (Lunch and learns to cover basic skills, Interactive workshops incorporating practice and feedback, etc.)
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Customized training session(s) for your staff
- Fillable workbook for staff to fill in during the training session(s)
- Survey to determine the effectiveness of the training
TIMING:
- Determined during planning session
ASSUMPTIONS:
- The client will provide a representative to work with the Consultant to customize the training for the client
- The client will review the Consultant’s Workbook in a timely way
- The client will provide someone to act as a co-host / assistant to participate in a dry run of the presentation and to assist during the training session(s)
