SCOPE:
- Consultant will work with the client to develop and execute a 360-degree leadership assessment and analyze the results
- Consultant will work with the client to execute individual and team assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth
- Consultant will work with the client to identify workplace/employee champions who can help drive change and promote a positive culture
- Includes five live meetings/collaborative working sessions of one hour each
DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS:
- Completion of documentation outlining the current state of the team and potential areas for improvement
- Completion of recommendations documentation with a clear plan of action for improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- Recommendations presentation (MS PowerPoint exported into PDF)
TIMING: 5 weeks
ASSUMPTIONS
- Includes up to two rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables within five days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
