With this in mind, I will work closely with you to identify and document your ideal customer profile and supporting customers, as well as potential business opportunities with existing and potential vendors. Additionally, I will help you identify and develop potential affiliates who can support your business and play a role in taking it  to the next level.

Customers:

Customers are the lifeblood of any business, and for solopreneurs, they are even more critical. Therefore, it is crucial to have a People Strategy that specifically focuses on attracting and retaining customers. A well-defined customer strategy enables solopreneurs to understand their customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors. By doing so, solopreneurs can tailor their products or services to meet their customers’ needs, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and attract new customers through referrals. By prioritizing customers in their People Strategy, solopreneurs can create a loyal customer base that not only generates revenue but also serves as brand advocates.

Vendors:

SCOPE:

  • Consultant will work with the client to identify and document their ideal customer profile and supporting customers
  • Consultant will work with the client to identify potential business opportunities with existing and potential vendors 
  • Consultant will work with the client to identify and develop potential affiliates
  • Includes two live meetings/collaborative working sessions of one hour each 

DELIVERABLES/OUTPUTS: 

  • Completion of ideal client profile documentation 
  • Completion of vendor and affiliate  documentation 

TIMING: 2 weeks

ASSUMPTIONS

  • Includes up to two rounds of revisions based on Client feedback
  • Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
  • Client will review & accept Deliverables within five days of final submission
  • Client will provide relevant source materials & data, licensed, company and brand assets & guidelines, etc.
  • Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate Engagement
