Scope:
- Facilitate objective-setting discussions
- Understand the project requirements and business goals
- Review organizational data—HR documentation, stakeholder interviews, business strategy, etc.
- Conduct external market research—industry trends
Deliverables/Outputs:
- HR strategy framework with recommendations
- Change management plan
Timing:
- 4-6 months. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the client and consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- The client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, and guidelines
- The client will provide the required access to meet with employees and leaders as needed, ensure confidentiality to review sensitive information, and conduct interviews
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
