Scope:
- Develop the project charter, outlining the scope, timelines, and project update schedule
- Review the current program and policies
- Identify the needs and expectations for the revised framework
- Design and develop the new framework, forms, and communication materials
- Prepare training plan and materials for relevant stakeholders
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Onboarding program blueprint with supporting templates and materials
Timing:
- 5-6 weeks. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the client and consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes one round of revision based on client feedback (interim check-ins and updates will be provided throughout this iterative project)
- The client will provide constructive feedback and guidance during reviews
- The client will review and accept deliverables within 10 days of final submission
- The client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, and guidelines
- The client will provide the required access to meet with employees and leaders as needed, ensure confidentiality to review sensitive information, and conduct interviews
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
