Scope:
- Develop the project charter, outlining the scope, timelines, and project update schedule
- Review the current performance management and talent development processes and programs
- Identify the needs and expectations for the revised program(s)
- Design and develop required policies, programs, and help materials
- Prepare training plans and materials for relevant stakeholders
- Implement the plan
- Conduct live meetings/working sessions of up to 12 hours
Deliverables/Outputs:
- Performance management program blueprint
- Succession plans and development strategies for critical talent
- Career path and development plans for critical roles
- Change management plan
Timing:
- 8-10 weeks. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed upon between the Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to one round of revisions based on Client feedback (interim check-ins and updates will be provided throughout this iterative project).
- The client will provide constructive feedback and guidance during reviews.
- The client will review and accept deliverables within 10 days of final submission.
- The client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed company and brand assets, and guidelines.
- The client will provide the required access to meet with employees and leaders as needed, ensure confidentiality to review sensitive information, and conduct interviews.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement.
