Our Business Financial Health Check uses financial data from your accounting system (QuickBooks or Xero) and compares it against benchmarks, forecasts, and industry best practices. We’ll help you spot trends, refine your budget and forecast, and uncover immediate actions to strengthen your cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.
Scope:
- Consultant will host a kickoff meeting (1 session, up to 60 minutes) to capture business goals and concerns
- Consultant will:
- Review historical financial data imported from QuickBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets
- Preliminary mapping from LivePlan or Intuit App Center dashboards
- Analyze benchmark metrics (industry-specific variables) and how they compare to your actual performance
- Analyze forecasted data and trends. and
- Advice on immediate action planning
- Includes 1hour kick-off meetings, 2 to 3 collaborative working sessions of 60 minutes
- Service available on retainer basis.
Deliverables/Outputs:
- 1 MS Word/PDF document (10 -12pages) with a choice of PowerPoint presentation (at an added cost) detailing:
- Current financial standing (actuals vs. benchmarks)
- Forecast variance analysis (where relevant)
- Actionable steps and improvements
Timing:
- This work typically requires 2 – 4 weeks to complete. A specific timeframe for execution will be agreed between Client and Consultant after purchase.
Assumptions:
- Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on client feedback
- Client will provide constructive feedback and guidance in reviews
- Client will review & accept Deliverables with 3 days of final submission
- Client will provide relevant source materials and data, licensed, user access, company and brand assets and guidelines, etc.
- Out-of-scope or additional requests will require a separate engagement
Price:
- The price before tax that the Client will pay, in USD. Subject to revenue share %.
